合肥市健康人群A、C、Y、W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体浓度水平研究

  • 摘要: 目的 掌握合肥市健康人群A、C、Y、W135群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)抗体浓度水平,监测免疫状况和流行趋势,探讨定量监测标准。 方法 应用分层随机抽样方法,以合肥市辖区县划分为7个研究地区,调查流脑流行季节流行前期健康人群945例。应用酶联免疫吸附试验,分析血清样本A、C、Y、W135群流脑抗体浓度水平。 结果 945例健康人群中,A、C、Y、W135群流脑抗体浓度中位数分别是12.06、4.08、2.36、1.25 μg/ml,几何平均浓度(GMC)分别是11.75、4.57、2.32、1.35 μg/ml;Y、W135群流脑抗体浓度单侧百分位数P95分别是8.74 μg/ml和5.60 μg/ml。A、C、Y、W135群流脑抗体浓度不同年龄组之间差异有统计学意义,A群和C群≤1岁最高,21~30岁最低; Y群和W135群21~30岁最高。 结论 合肥市健康人群流脑抗体浓度水平,A群较高,C群偏低,Y、W135群最低。需要规范监测方法,明确定量监测标准,以利于全国不同区域之间资料分析。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the antibody levels to Neisseria meningitidis(Nm)serogroup A, C, Y and W135 in the healthy population in Hefei, monitor the immunization status and incidence trend of the disease as well as discuss the standard of quantitative surveillance. Methods A total of 945 healthy people were selected by stratified random sampling in 7 areas in Hefei and a survey was conducted among them before meningococcal disease season by detecting serogroup A, C, Y and W135 antibodies levels in their serum samples with ELISA. Results In the 945 healthy people, the medians of the antibody concentrations to Nm serogroup A, C, Y and W135 were 12.06, 4.08, 2.36 and 1.25 μg/ml respectively, the geometric mean concentrations(GMC)were 11.75, 4.57, 2.32 and 1.35 μg/ml respectively; the percentile P95 of the antibody concentrations to Nm serogroup Y and W135 were 8.74 and 5.60 μg/ml respectively. The differences on antibody levels in different age groups were significant, The antibody levels to serogroup A and C were highest in age group ≤1 year and lowest in age group 21-30 years; and the antibody levels to serogroup Y and W135 were highest in age group 21-30 years. Conclusion Among the healthy population in Hefei, the antibody level to Nm serogroup A was high, but the antibody levels to Nm serogroup C, Y and W135 were low. It is necessary to standardize the surveillance and specify the quantitative standard of the surveillance to facilitate the nationwide data analysis and comparison.
