MethodsA total of 601 food samples for 13 kinds of food in 7 classes were collected from 6 markets of farm produce and 2 supper markets to conduct pathogen detection. ResultsThirty eight strains of pathogens were detected from 601 food samples (6.32%). Including 16 strains of ISalmonella/I, 12 strains of IVibrio parahaemolyticus/I, 10 strains of IStaphylococcus aureus/I. The detection rates in raw meat and fishery products were 12.94% and 7.95% respectively. Of 16 strains of ISalmonella/I, 2 strains were not specified, the others belonged to serogroup B (7 serotypes). The predominating strains were ISalmonella derby, Salmonella indiana, Salmonella agona/I. ConclusionThe raw meat and fishery product were the main contaminated foods; the common pathogens to cause food contamination included ISalmonella, Staphylococcus aureus/I and IVibrio parahemolyticu;/I and the food contamination of ISalmonella/I was mainly caused by ISalmonella derby,/I followed by ISalmonella indiana/I, ISalmonella agona/I in Haiyan county.
