A Serology Analysis on the Infections Markers of Hepatitis A and B in the Rursal Areas of Bingyang County,Guangxi

  • Three hundred and fifty seven persons in total selected from a random cluster sampling in the rural areas of Bingyang County,Guangxi province, were serologically tested their anti-HAV,HBc and anti-HBs.The positive preparation are respectively 83.75,24,37,67.50 and 40.90%.The general unfected rate of HBV was 77.59% and the jointly infected rate if hepatitis A and B was 65.83%.It is astonishing that this population suffered from such a high prevalence and the double infection was so popuar. The children's infected rate of HBsAg according to the rate of their parents,up to the highest rate if both parents were infected, and down to the lowest if both survived the infected. As for the ase infection mode,anti-HAV maijnly infects people over 5,the positive rate of HBsAg declines while age rises, however both anti-Hbcanhd anti-HBs see a rising positive rate with age growing. As to the sex distribution, positive rate of HBsAg of male is higher than that of female. In a word, the serology ahnalysis of hepatitis Aand Binfectious markers has offered a scientific basis for thd rural areas to prevehnt such diseases.
