Infectious Diseases Status of Disease Surveillance Points in Fujian Province

The eptidemic trend and reporting quality of noticeable infectious diseases including Class A. B. and C. of diseases survellance points(DSPs) in 1990-1993 was analyzed. The total mobidity was 418.68/100,000,whidch was 1.96 timnes more than that of the provinvincial riutine report.This rate in rural points was 1.16 times more than the in urban points.The estimated rate of Class A and Class B diseases was 1018.7-1154.3/100,000.The case number of Class C diseases was 33577 in total,and 3.10 times comparing woth of Class A and B.The missing rate of the three class diseases was 26.54% by means of hospital survey,and was 53.52% from the residens' investigation,41.66% of the case number discovered in the invesgation were merely borderline case.
