A Survey of 1-14 Serotype Infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum of 275 Prostitutes in China' s Three Districts

The 275 prostitutes from three districts in China were examined of the infection ofUreaplasm urealyticum(Uu),and 175 positive strains were serologically typed by Metabolic InhibitionTest(MT).The results have shown that:1)All the Uu serotype of 1-14 were confirmed in China.2).Each district existed its dominated serotypes.3). There were also some unclassified Uu serotypes inthis survey,especially among those who suffering from gonorrhea,syphilis and condyloma acuminatumand it is signficant to make further study on its epidemiology.
