Two DNA segments of 290 and 288bp,amplified by PCR from the plasmid Pxo1 and Pxo2 respectively,were labelled with digoxin.IN the in situ hybridization,both of them were sensitive and specific.The results suggested that these two probes could provide more precise and rapid method for the of diagnosis of anthrax surveillance.
