A Study on the Relationship between infectious diseases of Pregnant

The situation of pregnant women infected with toxoplasmosis(Toxo),rubella(Ru),cy-tomegalovirus(CMV)and brucellosis(Br),and the abonormal conditions on birth and after birth caused by such diseases was reported.The infection rate of above 4 diseases were:3.4%,0.73%,1.12%,0.93% respectively There was no much differnce of infection rates among pregnant age,gestational time and period.Toxo and CMV were always infected higher in the second and third quarters.Br showed obvious professional features.Four cases were cross infections in 284 psitive cases. Clinical symptoms of positive cases of gravida were 11.28%,13.04%,10.14%,8.3%3%,which were mainly fever,upper resiratory tract infection and etc. Antibody test of neonatal ambilicus blood showed that most neonates born by pregnant women infected with diseases during middle and late peri-od mostly had no such associated antibodies.By follow-up survey to children born by 249 pregnants with positive reacton,21 cases were unnormal and the specific danger rate caused by such diseases be-fore birth and after birth between 1.8%-12.7%,The study also showed that it was easier to get un-normal for those infected during eatrly gestational period than those infected during middle and late pe-riod.
