Study on the Characteristics of Distribution of ViralHepatites Infection in Different Regions of Zhejiang Province

On the basis of random samplin,the epidemiolical analysis of five types of viral hep-atitis in the different regions of Zhejiang Province was carried out.The analysis results showed that,there were five types of viral hepatitis-A,B,C,D and E-in the province,especially hepatitis type Aand B,with the infective rates of 75.06% and 67.33% respectievely.The highest infective rate of hepati-tis A 82.36%,was in the mountain and semi-moutain regions.The infectve rates of hepatitis B and hepatitis D 83.29% and 7.45% respectively were in islands,which were higher than those in the oth-er regions(P<0.01).The infective rates of HCV,HBV,HDV and HEV were higher than that in the ur-ban foci.The positive rate of HBsAg in the population of islands was 21.70% while that in the big city was 7.92%,which was 2.74 times less than former.The infective rates of HBV,HVH and HDV in I-class rural regions were higher than that in the other regions.
