A Study on the Epidemiology of Poliomyelitis infectedwith Recombinant strain of Poliovirus Type 1

A Study on the epidemiology of poliomyelitis infected with recombinant strain of po- liovirus type 1 was reported. The recombinant poliovirus type 1 was recombinanted by wild strain and Sabin strain. Totally 1 4 cases was under 4 years old and distributed in the rural areas of 6 cities or prefectures. 85 percent of cases had not vaccinated with poliovaccine. The main symptoms were fever ,diarrhoea and paralysis , 50% of them were recovered less than 60 days.
