A Comparative Study on the short-term Preventive Effect of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrom(HFRS)Vaceine in China

A comparative study on the safety，serological and short-term epidemiologiqal ef-fects of HFRS vaccines including inactivated Mongolial Gerbals Kidney Cell Type I vaccine(pro-duced by Shanghai Institute of Biological Product and Tianyuan Company),inactiveted purified suckling mouse brain Type I vaccine(produced by Lanzhou InstRute of Biological Products and Inactivated Hamster kidney Cell Type I vaccine(produced by Changchun Institute of Biological products)was carried out in the residents of infectious loci of HFRS．The results indicated that all of these 3 vaccines had good safety．the post vaccination reactions of these vaecines were 0.03～0.56％，3.26％and 1.57 resectively．The serum conversion rates ofneutralizing antiodies against HFRS after 14 days mmunization of the above vaccines were 58.33％～70.0%，50％ and 79.04％respectively．The conversion rates of Immunofluoresccne Antibody of above vaccines were 83.33％～93.69％，83.53％and 65.57％respectively．The short-term preventive effects of all the above 3 vaccines were 95.81％～96.60％，95.39％and 97.19％respetively。
