Abstract

An analysis of epidemic status of Measles ln Hongqiao District of Tianjin City in the period of 14 years l981-l994 was carried out.The results indicated that there was no out- break of measkes in Hongjiao District in the last 7 years by using the Expanded Program on lm- munization (EPI) -Measles vaccine to protect the sensititive population. The lmmunization Cov- erage was over 93% every year in the last 14 years.Some related factors which will control the measles outbreak such as the EPI activity were discussed.
