Abstract

An observation on the safety of purified Brucellin(PB) in brucellosis patients,vaccinated population and healthy people was carried out.The French Brucellin and current brucellin were used as control.The results showed that the PB was safe to human.and had high sensitivity and specificity.The appropriate dosage was 0.3μg/0.1ml per person;the most proper observation time was 48 hrs post injection.If the diametor of the local reaction was ≥10mm,the reaction was judged as Positive.
