Abstract
An seroepidemiological study on the HAV,HBV,HCV and HEV infections were carried out in 596 families. The data showed that the distribution of the 4 types of viral hepatitis was different in families with various number of persons. There was a difference of the family clustering among the infectious rates of 4 hepatitis infectious.By using Gtest, there was statistical difference between the family clustering rates of HAV and HBV.There was a positive correlation between the infectious rates of the above two infections and the number of persons in a family. The results did not support that the infection rates of HCV and HEV were related with the number of persons in a family. The authors suggested that these results are useful for hepatitis control.
