Study on Tubercle Bacillus Concentration in The Proportion Method Test of Drug Susceptibility

Objective To select the appropriate concentration in the test for drug susceptibility of tubercle bacillus by using proportion method. Method To use the proportion method was recommeded by WHO inoculating five bacillus concentrations 10-2mg/ml,10-3mg/ml,10-4mg/ml,10-5mg/ml,10-6mg/ml respectively. Result It was showed that the results of 10 -2 mg/ml,10-4mg/ml were satisfactory, compared with the results of the concentrations recommeded by WHO. There was no significant difference (P<0.05) in the tuberecle bacillus drug susceptibilyty test.
