The authors determined the DNAs of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), Mycoplasma hominis(Mh), M pneumoniae(Mpn), M genitalium(Mg), M penetrans(Mpe), M fermentans(Mf), M pirum(Mpi) of 51 swabs of the female genitals by the nested PCR and DNA sequencing The results showed that the positive rates of Uu、Mh、Mpn、Mg、Mpe、Mf、Mpi were 43.1%、37.3%、35.3%、17.6%、9.8%、7.8%、0% in female cases respectively The status of mycoplasma infections in female patients with gonorrhea was very serious in our country.
