Detection of Serological serotypes of HantavirusInfections by Recombinant Nucleocapsid Proteinsand Discovery of DOB Serotype in China

Objective To detect the IgG of HFRS patient sera and find new serotypein in China. Methods The indirect ELISA was established based on 5 different recombinant NP antigens. The specific IgG of HFRS patient sera were determined.Results Out of 91 sera,57 was positive of specific antibody (62.6%);The majority of the sera (32/ 57)were belong to HTNgroup. ( sera were multiple - type (React to 5 different antigens,but no significant difference was found between individual A450). And 2 sera were determined as DOB serotype.Conclusions The results of the sero-logical evidence indicate that DOB serotype might exist in China.
