Analysis of Combination Mode of HBV Infection Serum Mark among Students of College and Special Secondary School.

Objective To learn the infection of HBV and the distribution of HBVM combination mode in college students and special secondary school students. Method Using ELISA to sruvey HBVM in serum among 3 293 students. Results The carrier rate of HBVM among students was 13. 12% , higher than the whole country and this province average level, the boys was higher than the girls'. The positive rate of anti-HBs HBeAg anti-Hbe and anti-HBc was 48.10 % . HBVM combination mode was 14 kinds, the positive rate of anti - HBs was 19.95%,the positive rate of HBsAg HBeAg and anti-HBc was 7.32%,the positive rate of HBsAg anti-Hbe and anti-Hbe was 3.98%.Among HBsAg positive people,the rate of HBsAg HBeAg anit-Hbe and anti-Hbe was 92.36%.Conclusions The school carry body test in health students regularly,and should test HBVM and liver function.The school should do some manage works among people who had infected HBV and had communicability and inoculate the hepatitis vaccine for people who were negative in HBsAg anti-HBs and anti-HBc.
