Analysis on Diagnosis and Report Status of Acute Viral Hepatitis

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the epidemic data of hepatitis indirectly.Method The diagnosis data of varied pathogen type hepatitis cases were compared with reported data from hospitals,and with the local epidemic data. Results The amount of reported cases exceeded diagnosis cases remarkably.The component ratio of diagnosis case was different from the epidemic data.Conclusions It was estimated that the actual hepatitis incidence rate of this area might be lower than local epidemic data,but the rate of hepatitis E was higher than local epidemic rate of this area might be lower than local epidemic deta.nut the rate of hepatitis E was higher than local epidemic data.
