Study on Relationship Between Immunity Function and Courses of Disease for 325 Cases of HIV/AIDS

Objective To Learn the relationship between immunity function of HIV infectors/AIDS patients and the courses of disease in yunnan province; and to explore the lab specifications of HIV/AIDS treatment suitable to the situation of yunnan province. Methods To collect 325 cases of HIV/AIDS out - patient data in epidemiology; to use a venous blood application flow cell counter to the absolute counting for CD4 and CDg with the Trucount fluorescent mark single - clone ami - body reagent box; and to mensurate the number of carried virus on the 151 cases with the b-DNA/RNA 3.3 A ssay edition.Results (1)The CD4/CD8 of 165 cases of HIV infectors and 160 cases of AIDS patients all had no sexual difference (P>0.05).(2) The CD4,CD8and CD4/CD8of HIV infectors and AIDS patients all had no age diffence (P>0.05).(3)The CD4,CD8and CD4/CD8of HIV infectors and AIDS patients all had no difference (P>0.05)between Han and Dai nationality.(4)The CD4 cell numbers were less than the number of a normal contrast group.There were significant difference among three numbers (P4 cell number of group A was>350/μl;the CD4 cell number of group B was 350-200/μl;the CD4 cell number of group Cwas 4/CD8 and the virus carried number among the three groups all had considerable difference (P4 and CD4/CD8,the virus carried number went up increasingly showing the negative relation-ship(r=-0.369,P8 number of group A and group B had no considerable difference (P>0.05),and they both had obvious difference from group C (P4 and CD8 and CD4/CD8 of AIDS patients had a relationship with the spectrum of disease.Conclusion The CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8of HIV ivfectiors and AIDS patients had no difference in age,sex and nationality. However,the CD4 and CD4/CD8 would drop considerably with the added exposure time.The virus carried number and clinical procedure of CD4 and CD8 and CD4/CD8 were obviously relevant. The CD4 and CD4/CD8 had a negative relationship with the virus carried number.The CD4 and virus carried number could be used as important index to approve the development of disease and the curative effect of medicine.For the present curative guideline,the CD4/CD8 of AIDS patients had a relationship with the spectrum of disease.They could be used as the important index to prevent opportunity infection and instruct using themedicine.
