Preparation of specific mAb of Yersinia Enterocolitica Serotype O∶3

Objective Preparation of specific mAb of Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O:3. Method Regular marrow hybridoma fusion technology was used in this study. Result One specific mAb of Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O:3 was obtained and was confirmed to be the specific monoantibody to lipopolysaccharide IgG. It could be used to identify Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O:3. Conclusion The specific motif presented in the lipopolysaccharide of Yersinia enterocolitica serotype O:3 could be used to type and identify the strains.
