Analysis on Infection of Syphilis among Foreign-related Females in Premarital Medical Examination

  • Objective This analysis was to learn about the health condition of foreign-related premaJi-tal medical female examinees.Methods 5 127 female suhjects were administered ease history inquiry and physical examlnation in combination with serological test which was then identified using TRUST first screening and TPPA agents.Results 456 cases of syphilis infection% were deteeted with a rate of 8.89% who were mainly distributed in rural regions along the coast. The lower the cultural level is, the higher of morbidity. The morbidity of illiteracies,primary-school level and middle-school level people was 15.34%,11.45% and 8.25%,respectively As for occupation,fcmalcs who were engaged in ser-vice trade or had No jobs displayed a remarkably higher morbidity,accounting for 10.40% and 8.92% respectively.Indicating that this occupation was a high-risk population for infection of syphilis. Conclu-sion STDs directly intimidate and influence the heahh of people and harm the healthy growth of the next generation.
