Investigation on the Level of Hemoglobin among Primary and Middle School Students in Wulagai Development Zone

Objective This study was intended to learn about the physical fitness and nutritional level among primary and middle school students in Wulagai Development Zone of Ximeng．Methods Statistic analysis was conducted with monitoring results of hemoglobin among students in Wulagai Development Zone．Results The overall morbidity rate of anemia was 21.56％ among primary and middle school students．With a rate of 22.32％ and 20.54％ for male and female respectively．Statistic analysis showed that there was no significant difference of the morbidity rate of anemia between genders(P>0.05)．Conclusion Adjustment of meal structures for children，rectifying had eating habits and perti-nent propaganda and education of hygienic knowledge about alimentary anemia are pivotal to prophylaxis of anemia and dystrophy．
