Analysis on 14-Year Epidemic Situation of Notifiable Diseases in Nongshishi

Objective This analysis was designed to gain insights into the epidemic status and chang ing trend of dass A and B communicable diseases in Nongshishi so as to provide a basis for the institution of preventive and contd stratagems Methods Slatistic analysis was performed regarding data of man agement on the epidemic situation of legal type A and B infectious diseases from 1990 to 2003 in Nong shishi using descriptive epidemiological approaches Results There was a rernarkably descending trend in the morbidity rate of type A and B infections diseases in Nongshishi and obvious alterations were found along with the changing predominance among disease entities Conclusion Viral hepatitis ranks first a mong diseases，and in recent years brucellosis and pulmonary tuberculosis are taking an increasing trend，which denotes the necessity of strengthening prevention and cure of such diseases
