Analysis on Clinic Type and Therapeutic Efficacy of 400 Cases of Lyme Disease

Objective This analysis was made to analyze clinical manifestations and therapeutic efficacy of Lyme disease SO as to explore optimized treatment protocols．Methods Diseases of differ-ent clinical types were treated through oral and intravascular administration respectively and efficacies were compared in terms of exposure history，clinical manifestations and patients confirmed during lab inspection．Results 400 cases of Lyme disease were verified in this study，including 94 cases of arthritis，92 cases of neuromuscular inflammation，36 cases of hear injury，32 cases of chronic mild meningitis and 46 cases of chronic fatigue syndrome．Both therapeutic protocols showed remarkable effectiveness，with a curative rate of 88.45％ and 79.17％ respectively，with few side effects seen．Conclusion Although there are various types of lyme disease in the clinic．Both methods have good therapeutic effectiveness．
