Evaluation on the application effects of direct reporting network system at basic levels

  • Objective The present study Was conducted to evaluate the application effects of di-rect reporting network system of communicable diseases at basic levels in order to provide essen-tial data and basis for continuous improvement in the construction of reporting network system. Methods Comparative analysis WaS conducted on the data of direct reporting network system of communicable diseases and original communicable diseases reporting system. Results The number of report cards of direct reporting network system WaS 1.44 times of that of original communicable diseases reporting system, and the latitude of report card transmission decreased 5 days with no significant differences in the rate of coincidence and the rate of failure to report. Conclusion Af-ter the implementation of direct reporting network system, the number of report cards and the re-porting time were both significantly improved. But there were no significant changes in reporting rate and diagnosis quality. The accuracy of report cards needs further improvement.
