Abstract
Objective The analysis was made to understand the incidence distributions of common non—communicable diseases,such as hypertension,diabetic.Etc.In adult residents in communities and the relationship between daily behaviors and the disease onset of the patients in order to improve the service of community.Methods 622 families in six administrative villages (communities) were sampled randomly and questionnaire interviews at home Were performed to investigate the prevalence status of hypertension,diabetic,high blood fat,etc.And lifestyles.Behaviors and family history related to above diseases in the residents aged over 15 years and measure blood pressure for some residents.Results It was found that the incidenee of hypertension of age-standardized of the population aged over 15 years in six administrative visages in Haining City was 4%,with the diabetic ratio of 8.7%(7/80)in the population surveyed who measure blood glucose,detection rate of blood fat abnormity of 11.O%(8/73)in the population surveyed who measured blood fat,and smoking rate and alcohol drinking rate were 30.O%(502/1676)and 17.1%(288/1676)respectively of the individual bad behaviors and lifestyles and the population surveyed who often doing exercises accounted for only 1.1%(18/1676) Conclusion It is believed that cardiovascular diseases,such as hypertension,are the main health problem of the community residents and is also the study emphasis of community health service in the future.And disease surveillance and prevention and intervention measures of community health education contribute to understand the risk factors of cardiovascular disease and to enhance the awareness of disease prevention for community residents and develop a correct attitude toward prevention and control and reduce the incidences of chronic disease of community residents.
