Analysis on the test results of four indices of the disinfection in the medical facilities in Changping District

Objective The study was made to get insight into disinfection situation in three levels of medical facilities of cities，districts，townships in Changping district from 2000 to 2005 and analyze the factor influencing the service quality in order to provide a science basis for the formulation of management measures．Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the test results of four indices of the disinfection in three levels of medical facilities of cities，districts and townships in Changping according to national standards and technical specifications，and data was processed with statistical method．Results The four indices of disinfection test in six consecutive years were 58.50％、53.10％、46.84％、56.15％、60.98％、77.97％ in turn，with a statistical significance seen by comparing of the average qualified rates in six years (X2=54.89，PX2=40.10,PX2=372.58，P<0.05)。Conclusion The test result of the four indices in the medical facilities is uneven，which indicates there are dead angles in the management and the management should be strengthened．
