Analysis on the results of Malaria Surveillance in the City of Taizhou from 2000 to 2005

Objective The purpose of analysis on the results of Malaria Surveillance is to pro-vide the based for deeply developing Malaria surveillance and preventon and Cure．Methods The data of Malaria surveillance and epidemic situation report of whole city from 2000 to 2005 were collected and analyzed surveillance results．Results The blood of 68 622 case fever patients was detected from 2000 to 2005，and 225 case of them with plasmodium positive．283 case Malaria．Import case 255．Account for 90.1l％．Conclusion Results shows that surveillance should be con-tinue developed，special surveillance and management of nomadic population should be strength-ened in order to prevent breakout spread of Malaria．
