Abstract

This paper presents the advances in rabies post-exposure prophylaxis recommended by WHO, including the progress and use of rabies vaccine, the immunization schedules and immune globulin at home and abroad, with the effectiveness and applicability of the agents in China analyzed. Preliminary discussion on how to improve the post-exposure prophylaxis in China is made.
