Quality analysis of reporting cards of infectious diseases

  • Objective The study was conducted to provide an insight into the existing problems of infectious diseasereporting cards in Guangxi and to provide evidence for further improvement of the quality of reporting cards. Methods Statistical analysis was performed based on randomized samples of reporting cards from medical institutions of differentlevels. Results A total of 81.68% reporting cards of infectious diseases were filled completely. The correct rate was 79.39%, the timeliness rate was 76.53% and the consistency was 81.12%. Conclusion Chronic infectious diseases were the mainfactor that affected the quality of reporting cards of infectious diseases. The implementation of direct network reportinghas accelerated the transmission of epidemic information.
