Survey on attitude to condom use for AIDS prevention among migrant workers for construction

ObjectiveTo analyze the attitude to condom use for AIDS prevention and related factors among migrant workers for construction. MethodsA anonymous and self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted among 490 male construction workers, all the questionnaires were returned. ResultsAmong these workers, 81.4％ gave the answer that they would like to use condom for AIDS prevention. ConclusionLogistic regression analysis indicated that the attitude to condom use for AIDS prevention in this population was correlated with the original place, education level, knowledge about AIDS and demand on sex partner number.
