Survey on a food poisoning event caused by Bacillus cereus
In September, 2008, a food poisoning event caused by Bacillus cereus contaminated fermented soya beans occurred in a school at Qinglong township in Huaning county, Yunnan province. Twenty six cases occurred among 31 persons who had eaten fermented soya beans. The attack rate was 83.87% (26/31).
