Research advancement of rapid detection of Brucella nucleic acid using PCR

This paper describes the research advancement of the rapid diagnosis of zoonotic brucellosis using PCR, including the use of conventional PCR with primers based on various conservative sequences of brucella genes, comparison of conventional PCRs with different sample detection methods in the rapid diagnosis of brucellosis, principle and methods of fluorescence quantitative PCR, application of various fluorescence quantitative PCR methods in the rapid diagnosis of brucellosis and the future prospects.
