The main clinical manifestations included fever, acratia, sweating, arthralgia, hepatauxe and splenauxe combined with chronic diarrhea and lumbar spine damage. Conclusion More and more Brucelliasis patients were treated in recent years. They were often misdiagnosed duo to the varied occupations, contact histories and clinical manifestations. It is necessary to improve our understanding of Brucelliasis.
