Survey of 1 case of vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis induced by oral live attenuated polio vaccine

It was reported that polio virus type Ⅰ+Ⅱ+Ⅲ was isolated from the stool sample from a child with acute flaccid paralysis in Xiangshan by Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) on 20 November 2009,then the epidemiological survey and response were conducted by Xiangshan county CDC. On 2 April 2010, the case was diagnosed with vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis by the experts in vaccination reaction in Zhejiang province.
