Abstract
Objective To understand the related factors of glycomebabolism disorder during pregnancy in Yuyao. Methods The analysis was conducted on the related factors between 262 cases of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy (case group) and 189 cases (control group), with u test and χ2 test. Results The difference on age between case group and control group was statistical significant. The differences in women agedPPPPPConclusion The incidence of GDM was high in women with average age of >29 years. Glycomebabolism disorder occurred in less number in women aged ≥35 and <25 years. Gestational impaired glucose tolerance (GIGT) was more likely to occur in the women with low body mass index (BMI) and GDM was more likely to occur in overweight women. Low education level was the risk factor of glycomebabolism disorder during pregnancy, but the high education level was the protective factor. Glycomebabolism disorder during pregnancy was prone to occur in women with more than once pregnancy/delivery and in those with mild work intensity.
