Abstract
Objective To detect Mycoplasma penetrans(Mpe) from laryngocarcinoma patients, understand the condition of lymphatic metastasis and the expression of NF-κBp65 in tumor tissue and explore the correlation between Mpe infection and the occurrence of laryngocarcinoma, between lymphatic metastasis and the expression of NF-κBp65 in tumor tissue. Methods Mpe detection was conducted for 93 laryngocarcinoma patients and 40 controls by isolation culture and nPCR, the Mpe-positive samples were confirmed by electron microscope. And the condition of lymphatic metastasis and the expression of NF-κBp65 in tumor tissue of Mpe-positive and Mpe-negative patients were analyzed. Results The Mpe infection rate of laryngocarcinoma patients was significantly higher than control group(PMpe-positive group was significantly higher than Mpe-negative group(PMpe-positive group was significantly higher than Mpe-negative group(PMpe-positive tumor tissue by electron microscope. Conclusion Positive correlation existed between Mpe infection and the occurrence of laryngocarcinoma and between lymphatic metastasis and the expression of NF-κBp65 in tumor tissue.
