Abstract
Objective To understand the infection status of 6 infectious pathogens in child bearing aged women before conception in Rui'an, Zhejiang province, and provide evidence for the improvement of women and children's health. Methods HBsAg, anti-TP, anti-HIV1/2 and IgM/IgG antibodies to toxoplasma, rubella virus and cytomegalovirus were detected by using ELISA in 4153 child bearing aged women. Results Among the 4153 women, 296 were HBsAg positive (7.13%), 18 were anti-TP positive (0.43%), and 1 was anti-HIV1/2 positive (0.02%); the positive rates of IgM antibodies to toxoplasma, rubella virus and cytomegalovirus were 0.29%, 0.14% and 0.84% respectively, and the positive rates of IgG antibodies to toxoplasma, rubella virus and cytomegalovirus were 1.13%, 60.15% and 89.86% respectively. Conclusion The infections of 6 above-mentioned infectious pathogens were detected among the child bearing aged women before conception in Rui'an. Pregestational detection, timely prevention and effective interventions are essential for women and children's health.
