Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of network direct reporting of occupational diseases in Hangzhou from 2009 to 2012 and provide evidence for the improvement of the occupational hazard surveillance system. Methods The analysis was conducted on the reporting rate, underreporting rate, delayed reporting rate and accurate rate of occupational diseases through this surveillance system in Hangzhou during this period. Results The reporting cards, reporting rate and accurate rate increased with year, but the delayed reporting rate and underreporting rate decreased with year. Since 2011 the reporting rate, the underreporting rate and the delayed reporting rate have met the requirements except the accurate rate. Conclusion Problems still exist in the software functions of the direct network reporting system of occupational diseases and the management of direct network reporting. It is still necessary to strengthen the quality of the direct network reporting of occupational diseases and explore the new comprehensive reporting quality evaluation indictors.
