Progress in research of immune related antigen of Brucella

Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease in the world. A lot of researches have been conducted on this disease and following problems are realized: first, it is difficult to determine whether the animals are vaccinated or natural infected in quarantine. Second, no effective vaccine is available for human use, and initial symptoms are not typical, so the treatment might be delayed. This paper summarizes the progress in research of some related diagnostic antigens for brucellosis, vaccine candidate antigens and some other important antigens.
