Abstract
Objective To explore the immunization strategy in adults who have no response to hepatitis B vaccination. Methods Healthy people who were HBsAg and anti-HBs negative were selected, and 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 20 g were given to them at the schedule of 0, 1, 3 month, 0, 1, 6 month and 0, 1, 12 month respectively. Those with anti-HBs GMC10 IU/L detected after full series vaccination were given 1 dose of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 60 g. One month later, anti-HBs detection was conducted for them. Results The anti-HBs positive rate was 92.6% in re-vaccinated people, and the anti-HBs GMC was 835 IU/L. Conclusion Re-immunization of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 60 g could obviously increase the anti-HBs positive conversion rate in people who has no response to previous vaccination, and the effect is better than those of hepatitis B vaccine at dosage 10 g or 20 g.
