Two cases of systemic disseminated BCG infection duo to cellular immunodeficiency

Two cases of systemic disseminated BCG infection duo to cellular immunodeficiency occurred in the infant BCG vaccination in Rizhao, Shandong province. First, the lymph gland under infection site was involved, then the involvement disseminated to neck, inguinal lymph gland and crissum, and even to liver, spleen, peritoneum and marrow in 1 case, resulting the death of this case.
