Brucellosis is one of the widespread zoonotic diseases in the world. It is now considered as a reemerging priority infectious disease in China due to the increased incidence. The paper summarizes the progress in research of drug susceptibility, drug resistant gens and drug resistant mechanism of Brucella in the world.
