Abstract
Objective The E. albertii were quickly identified By analyzing 16S rRNA gene sequences. Methods Thirty suspected E.albertii bacteria strains were amplified with specific primers of 16 s rRNA gene and then sequenced. The 16S rRNA sequences were compared with that of LMG 20976, E. Albertii KF1, NBRC 107761, TW07627 and other genome related bacteria populations (E. coli, Shigella spp., E. hermannii and Shimwellia blattae). The evolutionary tree was constructed to analyze their relevance with the neighboring-joining (N-J) method. Results Thirty suspected strains are all Escherichia albertii. Conclusion The methord of 16 s rRNA gene sequencing analysis can be used to quickly identify Escherichia albertii.
