Epidemiological survey of three death cases after vaccination in Huzhou

To analyze the 3 death cases occurred after vaccination in Huzhou from 2010 to 2015. One death was caused by systemic disseminated BCG infection, the other 2 had no relation with vaccination. Coincidental event is common type of death after vaccination. It is essential to collect the information of vaccinated children, standardize the vaccination procedures, conduct the health education about vaccination and improve the surveillance and response for adverse events following immunization to reduce the incidence of death caused by vaccination.
