  • Public health surveillance plays an important role in disease control and prevention, and the performance evaluation is a key way to improve the efficiency of surveillance system. Therefor, understanding the international guidelines or frameworks of public health surveillance system evaluation and research progress in the evaluation of different surveillance systems both at home and abroad would help us in carrying out comprehensive evaluation of public health surveillance system in the future.
