Abstract
Objective To understand the incidence of congenital heart disease(CHD)in perinatal infants in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, and provide evidence for development of preventive measures of CHD. Methods According to the requirement of national birth defect surveillance, the incidence data of CHD in perinatal infants in Wenzhou were collected and checked every three months, and statistical analysis was conducted by using the data from 2014 to 2016. Results The annual CHD incidences in the perinatal infants during this period was 0.98%,1.01% and 1.42% respectively. The incidence of CHD in multiple pregnancy was higher than that in single pregnancy(χ2=413.024,P<0.001). The incidence of CHD in perinatal infants increased with the age of pregnant women(χ2=62.346,P<0.001). The CHD diagnostic rate after delivery increased with year.(χ2=130.654,P<0.001). Atrial insufficiency associated with foramen ovale, patent ductusarterious and ventricular septal defect ranked 1-3 in CHD. Conclusion The incidence of CHD was in increase in Wenzhou during 2014-2016. It is important to strengthen the construction of birth defect prevention and control system and fully implement the three level prevention measures to improve the health of infant population.
