The government and research institutions should strengthen the scientific research of control and prevention of zoonoses, establish and optimize the methods to detect the pathogens, and develop effective vaccine and medicine. It is necessary to perfect the mechanism to combine the prevention and control and try to cope with the occurrence and development of major infectious diseases.
