Abstract
Objective To discuss the detection of IMycoplasma pneumonia/I and IMycoplasma fermentans/I from the blood of hematopathy patients. Methods The blood samples were collected from 101 hematopathy patients and 65 normal volunteers (control group) to isolate IM.pneumonia/I and IM.fermentans/I in IMycoplasma/I special medium and identified by PCR, and the positive samples were confirmed by electron microscope. Results Seventeen strains (16.8%) of IMycoplasma/I were detected from 101 blood samples of hematopathy patients, including 9 strains of IM.pneumonia/I and 8 strains of IM. fermentans/I, and no IM.pneumonia/I and IM.fermentans/I were detected from the blood samples of control group. The difference was statistical significant (IP/I0.01). Conclusions The detection rate of IM.pneumonia/I and IM.fermentans/I from the blood of hematopathy patients was significant higher than the control group of non-hematopathy patients. The exact mechanism should be explored.
