Abstract
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was conducted for the patients with exposure history and brucellosis symptoms if they could not be diagnosed by rose-bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) and tube agglutination test (SAT). When IgG level was higher than 100 U/ml detected by ELISA, the standardized treatment of brucellosis was given to the patients and efficiency of the treatment was observed. The symptoms of 90.7% of these patients were mitigated after the treatment.
